Q & A :

• Does it slow down my computer?
  No, it requires no resources.. The system generates the calling numbers at night while pharmacy is closed, then the telephone company broadcast the numbers as specified.
  
• Does it run with my XXXXXXXXXXX Pharmacy system?
  It is compatible with any software that generates reports in File format.
  
• How much does it cost?
  You pay ONLY for successful calls; cents per call plus installation cost.
  
• How does the FREE trial period work?
  We come to your store & install ARR application & set it up for you. You record your messages from any phone and we schedule them to run. After 2 weeks, if you like the service and wish to continue we will invoice you at the beginning of the month for successful calls made after the trial period and for the installation fee. If you do not want the service, we will uninstall it from you system. There is no obligation and no money down.
  
• Why is this application better than other applications in the market?

• What if I do not want to call certain customers, or call certain customers ahead of time?
  ARR allows you to manually add patients/customers to the DO-NOT call list. There is also an additional numbers list where pharmacists can input additional phone numbers that they wish to call.
  
• What happens if the pharmacy system produces a Refill reminder for anti-biotic or acute medications?
  ARR depends on the report generated by your pharmacy system and you can only make sure the reports are accurate when filling customers prescriptions. Also when filling inhalers, you have to try to estimate the correct days supply for an accurate refill.
  
• Our Doctors don’t write prescriptions with Refills?
  When you run ZERO Refill reminders in the pharmacy system, all maintenance medications due for refills will be generated, we use a different voice message reminding patients to see their doctor.
  
• How can we generate clinic days or any other campaigns?
  We will assist you to query your database and generate the list of customers that you wish to call. There will be a small additional charge for these types of services.
  
• How much is the installation fee and technical support.?
  The ARR Pharmacy reminder system only costs $1000. Technical support is FREE.
  
• What other campaigns can be offered?
  Our system can generate and call any list you choose. You can offer all types of campaigns and other offers/services. Such as: Schedule Meds-Checks for patient’s, clinic days, and promotions on store merchandise, general announcements, new prescription follow-up and you can also call for zero refill reminders and remaining refill reminders separately.
  
• When can you install the system?
  Our technical support team and technicians are available to come install the system whenever you like. It only takes about 30 minutes, They can even assist you with the recording of your voice messages.
  
• When are patients/customers called?
  When the initial setup is performed all the parameters are set. You can fully customize the system to cal whenever is most convenient for you and your patients/customers.
  
• How do I record the voice messages?
  Recording voice messages and new promotional offers could have never been easier. Simply follow the instruction sheet and obtain the special identifier code given at the end of the recording. Call us and tell us to activate this message. Its that easy and it only takes a moment.
